Aerocone Immigrations is an indigenous and Canadian travel consulting firm with good name all over Nigeria, Canada, United Kingdom and United States of America and we deliver according to promises.
We are a consulting firm and we provides fee-based services in addition to the official government charges to advise, assist and represent our clients through the often-complex visa application process.
All decisions for granting of a visa remain with the Government subject to lodging a valid application using the free forms available on the Government website and meeting the relevant criteria.
Aerocone Immigrations is not affiliated with any Government of any Country and act independent in the interests of our clients. With a goal to remove hurdles of visa application documentations and for them to meet with the government minimum requirements, Aerocone Immigrations is commenced.
The following are the refund policies governing our services.
We understand that clients may become impatience after payment. after payment is done, procurement of documents starts immediately,
Request for refund in this scenario are however never attended to if documentation process has begun and passed 50% process, and in a case whereby clients are not satisfied about our speed (which would have been communicated to every clients before processing begin) Aerocone Immigrations does not process visa applications but only file documents together for processing by the embassy.
Also we will not go into any agreement of such with any client or assuring clients of 100% approval. therefore it becomes a mandatory that all clients must sign an agreement with the company having understood that payment made for filing are not reversible once documentation begins or submitted.
In order way round, If work visa applications got refused, and clients are not ready to retry, We can only try to refund 50% of the Job Offer Fee which is C$500 or equivalent in order currencies.
WE CANNOT REFUND THE FOLLOWINGS:

- LAWYER AUTHENTICATION FEES
Clients may be also be advised to look for another travel or immigration consultant that would handle their documentations for them in a case they are not satisfy with our speed.
We have therefore place the following refund policies which are highlighted below and these are
REQUESTING A REFUND:
Refund requests are considered valid up to 20 business days from date of payment, no exceptions. and this shall be responded to if documentations are yet to start.
To request for a refund, clients are advised to first review this policy and then send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your request and supporting documents if any.
Refund requests if accepted are processed in the order in which they are received, and you will have the opportunity to provide Aerocone Immigrations with all the necessary details required to process any refunds that fall within the acceptable periods.
- Refund Updates and Modifications
Aerocone Immigrations reserves the right to modify this refund policy at its own discretion without informing any applicants or requesting an approval from anyone, or against any client it believes is abusing this Refund Policy, and in some cases reserves the right to refuse refunds if refund policy abuse is detected.
Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised refund policy.
Therefore clients are advised to always review our refund policy in its entirety before completing our forms or before making any payment.
Aerocone Immigrations is a visa application filing corporation and travel consulting firm and not a travel agency, there are differences between travel agencies and consulting firms.
Therefore any refunds for documentations which has been submitted are not reversible from the government or from third parties in some cases if client did not indicate interest to drop or opt out before documentation starts.
Refunds can only be given for registration of tourism programs if client indicates to drop out from the program within 20 business days of payment.
Cancellation of processed documents before application submission are subject to the companies terms and conditions. Procurement charges for any procured documents is thereby strictly non-refundable.
- SUBMISSIONS & AGREEMENT
By submitting registration to any of our services, Clients automatically agrees and accept the terms stated in the policy above, and no bending shall be accepted after the signing and agreement of both parties as it automatically becomes a binding between the company and the clients.
